👉Dress code policy: please note that you are entering a fully COMMERCIAL kitchen. Dress appropriately with long pants, sleeves that don’t drape, and closed-toe shoes (non-slip if possible). Hair must be tied in a bun. Zero exceptions.
👉Enrollment policy: Full payment of tuition and material fee must be received in order to reserve your spot. If reserving over the phone, we accept Venmo payments or a credit card must be on file (credit card will not be charged unless you are a no-show).
👉Age requirement: No one under the age 12 is allowed, as it is a fully commercial kitchen. Teens under 16 may take the class WITH a guardian, and ages 16-18 may take classes alone, but must have a liability waiver signed by a guardian.
👉Cancellation policy: You must notify us 24 hours BEFORE the class starts for a full refund. No-shows or tardiness are not refundable.
